I, myself, am currently sitting with a great deal of uncertainty due to a family member becoming very poorly, resulting in a big shift in how I and my loved ones are to move through life going forward.
Some of you wonderful humans are already aware that this has impacted a few of my offerings and plans for the year.
AWEN RETREAT with a broken heart, I have chosen to cancel. Those who have booked on have already been informed and refunded in full.
AWEN TIMETABLE has been greatly reduced for the time being. The current schedule I am offering in Awen Studio (other than 1-1s and private groups) is below:
WEDNESDAY: 6.30pm Sunset Vinyasa Flow
THURSDAY: 9.30am Beginners
THURSDAY 5.30pm Pregnancy

UNWIND and MORNING FLOW have been pulled from the timetable for now (Tuesday classes).
However, UNWIND will still be available every other week on a Sunday evening.
This will be a 75 minute class of Yin and Sound (if you have a class pass, this can be put against it). Starting THIS SUNDAY, and you can book here: UNWIND
